Tennis court is a grass capacity, which should be a sand.
Mini-golf totally run down the holes grew Unkraukt out.
The room was not clean.
The beds were Oh dear.
Blankets o per mile Nee!
Once and never again.

You could get by very well with German, no problems whatsoever in Heviz in the house itself is also perfect German spoken. The beds were made, every 2. Fresh towels everyday, empty plastic bottles were daily with the trash, once they wiped. All we did not actually expected as a quasi self catering apartment and use as is usually no service included!!! Clean, friendly, professional and courteous. Unfortunately we witnessed in some situations where GUESTS really unerzogen behaved and treated as "Gods" and wanted to see, constantly criticized ..... Behaved. Our chef and the staff were very friendly. Mr Köllner speaks German and Hungarian, so there was no language barrier. The room was cleaned during our stay and the wasetbins emptied daily. concerns and the like. From the chef were immediately dealt with. Breakfast was good to very good and sufficient, as described above. Taking the half board in the restaurant "Panorama" in the vineyards couldn't be beaten.
