We experienced dreamlike honeymoon on this beautiful, small island. There is on the island beach bungalows and water bungalows. We gave when booking to, that we gladly a beach bungalow between number 104 and 118 during our stay to have would like, (this was from the lots of reviews when HolidayCheck recommended). I don't know why such a hotel so be praised knows? We have been to other islands and they were a hundred times better than angaga! So we can angaga not recommend! The excursions way too expensive and also no service! A very bad nearby reef ( no fish) and bad food, who for breakfast on mortadella and nothing against eggs can go over there! Water bungalow overlooking the reef is really nice (otherwise you get plane noise). Shop in the complex to buy basics (beach wear, toiletries, basic food) Buffet had varied food but you will be assigned a table from the start and not changed from that Nice relaxing holiday read hotel review

The area in the whole was perfect. Our bungalow was Very spacious (there were 3 with daughter 15 years). Our bunge was twice a day were made clean. Since we had half board, had all drinks etc. Be paid separately. Despite daily guests from various sandwiches and drinks in the main bar, were our costs within limits. (500 us Dollar for three persons). The prices are okay. Wireless internet is surcharge: 15 minuten 3 us Dollar. Is somewhat annoying, given that this does not always work had. (depending on which network). The guest structure was relatively one-sided. Mainly german. 70% ... german, 20% austrians and swiss. And then all other. read hotel review

    There was a main restaurant. The food was very good, but also very one-sided. On holy evening was the selection of the food and the decoration fantastic good. Really a highlight. The restaurant and meals were very clean and good. The kücjenstil was international. (something of everything. Fish, meat, vegetarian, etc.). We tipped our waiters over the 10 days altogether 1 7 us Dollar given.

    The staff is very friendly, speaks however very difficult understandable english. The room cleaning was always very good. However you need with 'complaints' (be) a little patience, because it is not always done. One must of course to maldivian reliability ☺ leaving.

    The island is in about 25 minutes with the seaplane from male to reach. The island is very small. Thus all bunges right on the beach. There is a small souvenirlafen, gym, spa and a library in angaga. Once per week plays a life band in the evening in the main bar. (good music very international). The offer of excursions is large. Landed with the sea plane in the late afternoon. At the front desk we were told that the beach bungalow that we had reserved (this was recommended ) was supposedly unavailable and we had to spend the first night in one of the water bungalows. We didn't like the water bungalows - if we'd wanted one we'd have booked it. 2nd Day Moved again 10am Then the relaxation started. The staff throughout the resort was very friendly and helpful except for the staff at the front desk. The staff in the bars and in the restaurant provided excellent service; polite ..., considerate; in one word, great. The food was excellent, though not very varied during the 14 days' stay. The breakfast left a lot to be desired The juices, for example, were refilled from packs - we weren't used to this, on our other vacations to Bali, Mauritius and the Dominican Republic - to name a few - you would usually get fresh juices. The choice at the breakfast buffet was also inadequate. Cheese, cold cuts, bread. A hard boiled egg or omelet were highlights. Such strong cocktails that they didn't taste good any more. Very nice beach and reef, though Our all-inclusive ended at 12 noon on the day of departure, although we were only able to use it in the evening on our first day. On HolidayCheck recommendation we have a certain bungalowreihe as favored rooms advertised and indeed the 119 get (beach bungalows). View and location were great. 5 meters to the beach chairs, further 5 meters to the indian bathtub ☺. Rooms had a sufficient size, with nice bambusbetten, a walk-in wardrobe and a halbhoffenen, large bathroom. Angaga offers half board, full board and all inclusive.     There was the main restaurant, where we all meals eaten, the Sun down-bar and the restaurant and snack bar. The quality it food and drinks was perfect. There was no qualitative difference between the all-inclusive cocktails and which, which hpler have ordered. The food was very delicious. Clearly there were not every day completely different. Since we but here also the logistikaufwand account, we have no reason to complain. And i have every day chinese chicken eaten, and completely voluntary ☺ We had all-inclusive and to have us a little with the cocktailkarte worked. Prices for hp were and were the area quite adequate. Tips according to own discretion distributed! Especially the chefs were very pleased, is probably not all too often, that they will be taken into account. Tip boxes, we didn't see any!

    The service was very good. You get an allocated table waiter in the restaurant and as we had with Ahmed an absolute find made. He knew what we wanted to drink, before we did ☺ Also the chefs were very friendly and their food advertised. Both in the restaurant as well as in the two bars, all waiters were very courteous and always friendly. Only the exception was a barman tried the us withdrawing. These have we then spent the rest of the vacation circumvented. Our roomboy was very nice, room was always clean and for the birthday of the bed was very nicely decorated.

    What should i say, those who needed a pool, should not, on the Maldives flies. Shame about the beautiful sea ☺ We have various islands with pools shut down, is for us however neither desirable nor necessary. Canvas chairs at the beach were the bungalows, palm trees gave enough shade. There was no entertainment, but fridays band. They were really great! Diving station also available, but we didn't use it.

The hotel has 4 stars and in my opinion also justified. The 50 beach bungalows and 20 water bungalows made a neat and clean impression. Our bungalow was the number 122 and we had a fantastic view of the ocean and the beach was right on the doorstep with a small leap was the badewannenwarmen water. Offered half board, full board and all inclusive. We had full board decided, but would next time half board because it was adequate and one back and again at noon, if you're hungry can buy a snack at moderate prices.     Friendliness and service were very good our waiters always had a smile on the lips. With english you got very far and if you didn't bring with hands and feet one gets at the end somehow to the objective. The rooms are 2 times a day and were always clean. We had no complaints.

    A pool is not available, but who needs already with such a sea right in front of our nose. Every bungalow had 2 couches accordingly the number allocated. Cushions and towels were available free of charge. Every saturday evening a liveband played really good music there is half of the island on the legs.

    There is a restaurant, a snack bar, and two bars. The quantity of the dishes was enough we always found something. The quality of the food was also good, but it is not always everyone taste, but with 8000 kilometer distance not surprising should be. Cleanliness in the restaurant was very good.     Angaga is located in the south Ari atoll and is comfortable in 30 minutes with the seaplane from male to reach. Distance are 84 kilometer. there is a small souviniershop on the island where everything is what is needed. For example, sunscreen, snorkeling accessories and small treats (chips). Public means of transport are not available. The reef of the hotel was just great. Many large swarms of fish, reef sharks, rays, morays and turtles. At each snorkel course we have something else and it fascinated a every time anew ☺ corals are mostly intact.

    The condition of the room was alright ebeb typical rustic. The highlight was of course the half-open washroom amazing showers and the wind to listen to. Our bungalow was a television, refrigerator, air conditioning and a very nice terrace with a glider available. Simply fantastic in the evening to end the day.

A dream in the middle of the ocean. It should be the nicest time of the year and that was surpassed. Great complex, nice people and a fantastic reef. Meals were always plentiful and delicious. The cleanliness in the water bungalow was always impeccable. read hotel review

    In the main restaurant the meals, there was a beach bar with snacks, and a sundownerbar, everything was clean. Food international, the breakfast buffet was also very rich and also international, whole wheat bread and rolls there were even, since we a hand-operated press it had could we our orange juice even press, this was only from tetrapacks spent. 77 cocktails not watered down were, even baileys, inter alia, were included in the all inclusive. All drinks for the room, water in 1.5 loud bottles spent.

After Filitheyo this was our 2. Maldives holiday. We had the fear, that these, after on Filitheyo (for us) everything more than was perfect, not be repeated. But this holiday was for us - except for the already much described assignment - an absolute experience. It was really a very small island, the you comfortable in 10 minutes walked round has. The condition and the cleanliness in all areas was top - the beach was, as soon as something washed ashore, immediately exempted from it. Also during our stay 2 water bungalows with a new roof mistake, the still completely ... okay were (at least visually). Guests were half german and half asian. We had booked all inclusive and this would also not hesitate to come back (even if only because the leckereren cocktails ☺. One minus however for the two boats, in the lagoon anchor, completely neglected are (roof hollow) and rusting away. Not a very nice sight. read hotel review

    There was the main restaurant, in which you breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form is. The food was very good taste (a lot of fish, chicken, beef, even pork it 2 times). But the choice for tourists, the longer than a week there, but very monotonous. Right next to the main restaurant, is the bar, in the you have been also in between a few snacks can, if one had booked half board. Sundown bar was the last building in the water bungalows, we were only once, there we the sunset from our beach chair from observed.

Our beach chairs we could nice under trees and bushes and enjoy the view. Other vacationers did not have so much luck. They were partly on the swing and could not even see the sea, as the prospect completely bushes overgown unfortunately was.

Drinks at the main bar and in the restaurant in the room mitnehmen. Safe is not in the bungalow there - one can free of charge at the reception a safe rent, which was totally sufficient.

    The entire staff - no matter, whether gardeners, waiters, cook, room boy was always friendly and greeted, if you passed. Room cleaning was very tidy. Then in the evenings it was during the dinner the bed made up, but wouldn't have been necessary. A downer - and therefore a deduction - but there was the aforementioned assignment. We got almost daily with (we were affected by it), that always again discussions around the bungalows at the front desk came up. Especially when it was a question of, that tourists instead of the booked beach bungalows in the garden rooms were put - an absolute 'NO GO' and one could assume, that method or it is missing simply at the professionalism. At this point we would also very grateful to mrs josie kriegisch thanks. We were never so welcoming and friendly with a tour operator looked after.

    The transfer with the seaplane was smooth and in comparison to the last time very fast (wait about 20 minutes). There was a small gift shop, but everything, which one needs in such a way, get. Library is with predominantly german-language books available. Trips avaliable are fishing, snorkeling, visit native island, boat sonnenunteruntergang and of course the walhaiausflug, the we had booked. We had luck and could up to 8 times with such an imposing animal swimming. Dolphins when we took this trip also still seen. However, you should make sure in time for this trip to register, since he only after a number of participants from 6 persons takes place, not always be achieved.

2nd stay at angaga after 2005! Reef in better condition than before! Island almost perfect for the value for money. We lived like having a water bungalow, simply gorgeous! Unlike some other Maldives island (I've seen so far already 16 different islands personally), it is notable as a typical Maldives Eldorado. We hope that the case remains and not that it becomes another sort of luxury resort over time! For every newcomer, the shock and tears at the sight of more inconceivable beauty are guaranteed! The only shortcoming there is that, there is no free wi-fi and this should be ... the normal standard in 2013 ! Let's fly far out there and enjoy and the world. read hotel review
