Staff was friendly except receptionist (maybe she disliked me :-D). Staff was a bit slow They speak english Daily room cleaning, towel were clean Sauna and jacuzzi - a little bit small, a lot of people used them so sometimes crowdy Restaurant (breakfast and dinner), lobby bar, apres-ski bar dinner was nice (choice from the menu of 3, italian cuisine mixed with local Tirol style), salad bar (not always fresh, we had to be first taking the food otherwise we did not have the full choice), liked wine card (local wines) breakfast - poor buffet, I was missing fresh eggs, last days, when most of guests … read more
