The hotel (or the lobby) is currently under construction - the reception is poorly next to the side entrance too. At the front desk mostly very competent staff - then but also again a bit rude. The room (2 king-size beds) was relatively big-the dark, hard carpet made a unhygienic impression. Room service is ok. Laterally next to the hotel construction-open at least 8:00 construction noise (room with a window towards the town centre, the request). For all our detailed description not read books: We recommend the hotel for short stays further, if you don't sensitive is. For longer stays we would next time another hotel book. Details: Hotel in general: - condition: 1 sun deducted, since in our opinion in need of renovation (partly outdated) 1 sun deducted, since in the lobby construction in the hallway were 1 sun deducted, since the heating system is old and just from the reception from either cold or warm can be adjusted (whereby it did somewhat overheated happen) - cleanliness: 1 sun deducted, since the carpet not more the newest ones are and possibly even on a thorough … read more

This popular hotel enjoys a view of Grant Park and Lake Michigan and is located in the centre of Chicago. It is also conveniently situated close to countless entertainment venues.
