We have the reviews read and as a lot of bad reviews there were, we have said that we nevertheless by accident. Everyone has a other taste... , other country, other customs! But when we arrived, I only thought :' oh no, the reviews but correct '! We knew what we were getting into, that three stars not with Germany comparable is that is clear.     Due to a zimmereinbruches and theft achieved by those who ransacked and the consequent indifference of the staff, especially the hotel manager, i am very disappointed! Any assistance through or from the hotel! Actually we are as tourists customers and one lives of our reservations!

The hotel is clearly past its best, has therefore no 3 stars. The front desk check-in was more than unfriendly, as the front desk staff did not know the guests arrive and no effort made to tell us. So only 1 hour in the lobby to wait. The staff speaks to only with 'french or russian' (in the majority in the hotel) and do not trouble over possibly english and german. After the room we were assigned, we were reluctant to such an idea quite unambiguously and thought it would be normal that the guests their room yourself need. The ... room was spacious, but we were in a double room with connecting door building. When we complained, was allegedly no room available (only amusingly the other guests to the part 3 times the rooms allowed change) arrived in the room, were in the hotel description was not available, the tv with angeschmortem cable and no remote control worked intermittently. With every knopfbetätigung he went always and the only programme the work ZDF (according to the list VOX, RTL II,Eurosport) well, not so bad as we soak up the sun and not watch tv. read hotel review

    Description tv see above. The cleanliness of the room was quite acceptable, but i expect at 10 days stay, the sheets were changed, it was never. Towels were only changed, if floor. Otherwise we had a small 1 square meter large balcony. Air conditioning was already 15 september turned off, this was also in any description of hotel disconfirmed.

    Clear disadvantage is, that the airport Tunis 2,5 hours away from the hotel is, therefore, would be better if these resorts only enfidiha poorly served. The arrival in Tunis began with a single collector where the car fell nearly apart with the road conditions. Since our driver after 100 kilometer no bock more had, we had to in the middle of nowhere on the 'highway' in another minibus transfer the tourists after monastir drove. The distance hotel/beach is 100 meters, but in any hotel description mentioned, the 'neighborhood' a hydroelectric power plant and the beach with garbage cluttered is. So you can not even 100 meters far. Taxi costs the 3 fache as the minibus in the immediate vicinity also drove into the next villages. Excursions were offered, quad tour with Blue Star one can recommend.

    Entertainment was sufficient, but also with much reluctance holdings. The only trouble was, was water aerobics. Beach chairs were partly new, but also already broken. Typically for tourists is the so-called 'reserve' but i've never experienced something like that, that you with kautionsbadetüchern and plastic chairs so attached, the 24 hours are reserved until the next day, only no foreigners in close proximity to have. The beach bar is almost together, and the drink machine area is a plague of flies covered.

An aged hotel and urgently a renovation needs (finds z. november13 + feb. 14 instead). Beautiful garden plant, as old. Our room was large, clean and ok but what you don't from all can say. The employees tried the hardest to keep everything clean and neat, but if the guests as wildsäue behavior you have no chance. The variety of meals was good and even if you just before the end of the meal time came, had the same offer, as at the beginning. The large number of russian was not further disturbing, since it mainly families and the notorious ... binge conditionalities. The price-performance ratio! read hotel review

    Totally dead. Shopping center (4 stores) 600 metres away. Closed or never finished decline hotel in the neighborhood.

    Dining room was not very comfortable. It partly dirty and looks gross, as if the table cloth 6 weeks old, is due to the guests and the staff is just not on. The variety of meals is plentiful and the confectioner just great.
