The hotel in the historic center is - like the name it suggests - in the heart of Regensburg on haidplatz. Thus for exploring ideal, however at night quite loud ( open window was not!) And without own parking ( approximately 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
My room was clean, the furnishing rather conservative old-fashioned. The bathroom was rather a 'bädchen' showers must be careful (no separation ) in the bathtub. The breakfast is very average. All together no hotel, where you definitely return must! … read more

... Left nothing to the imagination. Only after repeated attempts at explanation, why I as rollstuhlfahrerin a wheelchair accessible room need (in particular bathroom). You found a possibility, my escort, in a single room accommodation should, with a extra bed in my room to accommodate. It was my help at least guaranteed. Since the breakfast room from me not be used could, was ultimately the room price to the breakfast my escort reduced. Was for three days on a Congress. Location in the old town is super for shopping, however evenings and also early very noisy, also to the inner courtyard, since delivery, so that you don't with the window open sleep can. There was also no air conditioning. Rather small room included bathroom with altogether but older decor and very soft bed. Room was a designated non-smoking, but it was an ashtray in the room and you also has smoke smell. Breakfast with a large selection, but only filter coffee in cans on the tables.

The hotel we can in the best will not recommend. The night was Friday on saturday. On saturday there was no! Water in the room. Neither the shower the water tap the flush. Gorgeous with two children. At the front desk you then like the last jerk and was not really taken serious. I wish the management such a stay and I am sure they would for such embarrassment no 150 Euro calculate … read more
