No assistance whatsoever during the night, not even a taxi thelephone number or SOS or door answering. Having been sick enough to get a calming injection at 4 o'clock in the night the absence of any, repeat any, help has been very annoying. Fabulous service from all staff, very warm welcome, we could choose to speak in German, English or French.
