There should be a cheaper winter holiday will, more there was also not. The hotel is very getting old. Badezimmerdecken was a bit fusty, the showering doors calcified and sewage was clogged. Although we at the front desk had asked, to do something, we were also on the final day in our water from the shower. The staff could have been a bit friendly his, then you could also the feeling had, which we welcome. It was just really only a vacation for less expectations. A shame. … read more

with the service we must differentiate extremely. Restaurant: great, which the friendliness regards. There were all very hard-working, but unfortunately a little overburdened. Front desk: a joke! If somebody was to be met, one rarely had an answer to our questions. The question of a toboggan run in a ski resort as Kufstein too much required? By the hotel itself organized Torch/flare hike could we at the front desk give any advice!
