The staff are very young and friendly. Also I felt, that they tried, the wishes to fulfill. They also often on a pläuschchen to us there or table tennis played, which some because of lack of English but was difficult. But always somehow. Really thumbs up, what the staff wise.In principle there was only a pool bar, also not always ( this is true unfortunately really) was occupied. But you knew with the time, where you the people finds, so that one is not eternally in a drink had to wait. You sign on quittungsblöcken and paid at the end … read more

At the friendliness of the staff there is nothing to moan about, always friendly and pleasant.
With foreign languages skills most good English which was totally sufficient finally, we are in Turkey and not in Germany-)
If there is a defect or complaint is, will immediately tried the guest the right to do what is not ok.There's a restaurant and the garden where you sit and in peace food.
Breakfast is ok could be a bit more selection of bread or rolls give. Dinner always good.We had a great room what a three-star hotel completely corresponds. We had 3 beds inside and earthy … read more

Here was unfortunately only hard to be friendly, because we had to... Was English, in comparison to which I other reviews las, was absolutely not an issue! The!
Cleaning of the rooms enough. Mirror in the bathroom 2 weeks not cleaned and the patio door was already on arrival somehow grease... Well at least, this was then also further 2 weeks sunday.. The rest was ok I say time.
You should a doctor need, so, you should at the front desk answer, then would a to the hotel come. We were briefly before... More on this later...
