We had a nice bungalow. You should a few Euro more spending, it is worthwhile. Large shower and bath extra. The complex is gorgeous, a tropical garden with a lot of water and sitting areas. 3 beautiful pools. The entire area was very well-kept and everything was clean. The breakfast there are no faults. Wonderfull hotel spread out in a beautiful garden with different accomodation types. We stayed in the garden bungalow which was split level. Terrace downstairs and living accommodation above. The only disappointment with the room was it faced and very close to the boundary wall. Hotel had several pools. The main pool was very clean and a child friendly pool to the side. As the pool is close to the public walkway and beach security staff maintain this area by removing non guests very quickly. This I saw only on 2 occasions but not an issue or concern. Small play area ... for young children with slide swings, for the older air hockey, table football that was broken, and pool table. Breakfast was adequate to meet our needs. A few warnings on drink and food at the restaurant. Both expensive! We tried the evening dinner BBq, choice of fish, but side food limited and the warm selection was cold. Food was nearly gone, I asked for replenishment, they agreed but never. I and many guests I also heard had to remind the waiters for their drinks as they forgot the orders. Good location, many restaurants only meters awAyers and all along the beach walk. In summary, great hotel, definitely recommend and will come back, downside expensive food and drinks read hotel review

The hotel consists of a huge garden area. In the rear part of the plant are four of the villages with the rooms, in the front part is the 5. village (the village) and restaurants and pools with beach access. The garden was well-kept every day, and one sees everywhere staff rumwuseln, the somewhat care, build, repair etc. But always discretely in the background. As stated there are wi-fi hot spots. The guests are mostly couples from europe from mid 20 to 80 a few australians are also to be found. Children were to our travel time only a few ... to see. As the couples mostly among themselves remain, it is in the whole area very quiet. read hotel review

The service in the hotel was good and the staff always friendly and tried hard (sadly here and there a little bit too hard). With a few english one comes in the hotel very well. Our room was cleaned well every day, and also all the toiletries replenished daily. You got new towels every day in the room, and for a towel card you got daily new towels for the beach.

The hotel is in the north of sanur, directly on the beach and a bit off the main road and therefore very quiet location In sanur you can from hotel given very easy to walk around. The hotel merkur in the south but is about an hour walk on the way. If that's too far, the for about 20000 rp. A blue bird taxi, which in sanur everywhere to find. The main road in the direction of south line countless restaurants and shops. The restaurants are usually much cheaper than the food in the hotel. Particularly well us the 3 monkeys and the wicked parrot much. Next to the main street in sanur there were the strndpromenade, where also many restaurants and small shops are. The restaurants have all direct access to the beach, and in the evening you can a walk here quite enjoy. During the day, however, was one of the numerous sellers besieged. As it is on the main street very much more pleasant.

We had a bungalow with double bed and got a room with 2 queen beds, which for us pushed together, so we had a lovely big bed. The room was pleasantly large and bright, with spacious bathroom (bath and separate shower), a large balcony/terrace with a comfortable couch, on the we comfortable some evenings spent there. By the structure of the hotel with 5 villages, which in a huge garden are built (my wife always says, it was like staying in a botanical garden), the rooms are all very quiet, and you see in the villages of almost never other guests. Our room was also not at all visible, it was in the 1st floor and was from plants surrounded. In other words our room was a great! Ps:if you want a room with sea view takes, is wrong here at the hotel! I prefer but a quiet location, and the view from the restaurants, and the pool!

Breakfast: For breakfast there was daily a rich buffet. Here there was everything the heart could desire. Local food, american breakfast, fresh fruit, cereal, bread, pastry, etc. , as well as fresh juices and coffee. Except for a few snacks ( sandwickes and hot dogs) we had never in the restaurants, as it was just too expensive.

Large hotel. We booked a bungalow, this was a room in a 4 pateien house. Then we got a upgrade and we had a great room right on the pool (Segara Village cub). Thus separate breakfast area. In the hotel i would not hesitate to go back, but only with this upgrade, it is rather a large hotel with too many people. By the upgrade it was somewhat private. read hotel review

The hotel staff was always very friendly and accommodating. One is always friendly welcomed and you could with questions, complaints... Every time at the reception. In english you could communicate well here. The room would be cleaned daily, we had no complaints about the cleanliness. Even in the garden area was constantly who and stops everything clean and tidy. Unfortunately, we had bad luck, that during our stay each day any repairs have been made. For a well, but also to the other and annoying if you could spend hours a flex or drill heard and the over several days.

We had a cottage was from the space was really enough. The decor is already a bit dated. Safe is in the room, cost no extra charges. The room was a flat screen tv. The air conditioning system is also very important, worked well and was not too noisy. The we didn't use the mini bar, would every day filled up.

  • Sport & Leisure
    6.0

Entertainment is not offered, which we found was a good thing. You can stay in the area Tennis play, or bikes. Other sports offers in the hotel, the tour operator or at street stalls book. At the beach massage, jet skiing, snorkelling... Offered. Beach chairs and umbrellas were offered from the hotel and were really enough available. In the area there were four different pools. A at the segara villages, a naturpool next to the reception, one with a pool bar, and a large infinity swimming pool on the beach. Also here you will always find at one of the pools a place.

  • Gastronomy
    5.0

We had booked our stay with breakfast, which was totally sufficient. As you in the area much cheaper at lunch or dinner, we were pleased. The breakfast was good. After some time somewhat one-sided, but i think that is in three weeks stay quite normal. We have definitely always found something and we liked it always tasted good.

  • Location
    6.0

The location was the best for our needs great. The beach is directly in front of the hotel in few steps attainable. The place sanur is suitable for excursions. We stayed three weeks in the hotel and from there excursions over the whole island. Very many restaurants are in the immediate area, many of them directly at the beach. On the beach are high and low tide. If you are unlucky enough, is at high tide a lot of trash or seaweed on the beach. The staff of the beach as well as it can purges. Night life this is not so much, but rather Kuta. But you get with a taxi back, (for about 7 Euro, about 15 minutes journey time/depending on traffic)

The segara village has not ansatzweise the what a holiday traveller would expect. While the number of rooms was ok, however, if you were unlucky you in a mini-rooms for durchreisende stuck. The hotel complex is attractively designed, this atmosphere but by around constantly§1 staff and constantly current music troubled. The bar and the unadorned restaurant clean, the jacuzzi bar urgently to be renovated. The free wi-fi is only up to the first rooms in proximity the front desk, and for the print at the hotel-printer is an unashamed price. The breakfast was adequate, but no fun. For the first two nights we were in a room in the 1st etageuntergebracht and under us was our fully display terrace. This room didn't even have a real closet. The 2. room was larger and had a private terrace on of the room. Only the somewhat small bathroom was constantly 35 degrees hot, as the ventilation the air from outside purely will pick you up. Also missing blackout curtains in the room, what is needed, if from 6 o'clock in the morning the sun hereinscheint. The interior was otherwise good.

The beach is strak dirty, although you can for seaweed and seaweed in the water nothing, weghaken you could it nevertheless, but not made. The beach is for everyone manageable, cigarettes, eisstiele and remains of the sacrificial offerings are plentiful and in the water swimming a plastic bags against, so that one partly only in the pool baden like. This are very clean and nicely arranged. Sleep by the pool is however not possible, because of constantly running music and around constantly§1 staff. The chairs at the beach are partly with soft cushions, but are close together, the rest are hard metalliegen. Umbrellas were only for the beach chairs. At the small pool there was only about 10 beach chairs.

Although the hotel by the beach, so you but also the pass-public on the promenade with us. There is also a narrowed to the beach, the locals at the weekend and holidays in droves to the beach %blank%. In addition the hotel is many stores enmarcado, of their proprietors you on a daily basis from annoying talk in their shops piloted is, as also in the massagestände and the wassersportstand. The hotel is in the entry lane of denpasar. Only between 1 and 6 o'clock at night you do not hear the planes. The place sanur is on foot to go through, but nothing else worth seeing. For excursions is the location good. Only a few small shops allow water etc. To procure, the hotel has no own shop. It is only a few 100 meters away at the beach along, will be far from quieter beaches and nicer resorts. Night life there was only in the surrounding bars, this is however in the hotel not to be heard and not more than 1 hours at night. The restaurants nearby are recommendable, what book half board eliminates.

At the restaurant and the bar one meets friendly and socialable staff. You can at the front desk but not say. Here you should wait a long time and may even run and for example the travel agent folder and also iwedr get away. The english of the staff is mixed, some speak fluent, some only fragments. The room was daily cleaned once, which was perfect, if you are traveling from beach and the room evening eingesandet is. We were in the evening we arrived in a small uncomfortable room put, us complained and were the next day comforted. Exactly the same thing happened on the next day again. Furthermore, us the small room as same category as the actually booked sold. But that can't be, our tour guide couldn't help. Because of a beschwerdebriefes us on our last day we were during the meal questioned and attempted a few to explain, it came but not really something was lying around.

  • Gastronomy
    4.0

There's a restaurant, a jacuzzi bar and a large bar. The bar is nicely decorated, there was the whole day music, the also at the beach to be heard. Here you can great fresh -squeezed juices received. Cocktails we advise rather from, here only chemistry and syrup used. This applies especially for the price the drinks at the jacuzzi bar, the extremely dated and tired. The restaurant with good weather to the beach outsourced, there can one during the day à-la-carte-meal, evenings there was still a repeating mongolian buffet. The buffet is unfortunately from 18 o'clock, till about 23 hours only chilled with ice around, which didn't really trust-arousing is. At the breakfast is it similarly, since the eggs from 06:30 until 10 o'clock in the sun. Particularly attractive is the breakfast also not, but it is full. The restaurant has zero atmosphere. The prices in the hotel are unreasonable, so for example 21% taxes and service incur an extra charge, in the surrounding bars it was only when 5-10%.
