The stay on the queen Mary is an experience - on a ocean liners of the past days stay you can also not all days. Our room was a inner room, the nostalgic decorated and still comfortable. Parking sadly cost extra, but you can the ship free explore, which otherwise also relatively expensive. read hotel review

In general, i have to say, that the hotel was clean and quiet. The location is central, so you can reach everything well. The style of the hotel is a matter of taste. We stayed at the booking the cheapest room. When we entered the room we were very disappointed: it was extremely small, rather run down and there was no natural light (the last point, but not surprised). (fortunately!) The water in the bathroom wasn't, which we quickly discovered, so we got a upgrade. The new room was much bigger, had 2 windows with a good view and 2 ... big comfortable beds. Confusing was the thing with the service charge, as we upon check-in a note got, it the appearance made, that one for wlan extra would have to pay. That this was not the case, we found only on check-out, that was a little annoying. In addition came still the extremely high parking fee, at the time of booking the of course was not mentioned. The at $1 7/day of course annoyed, since the hotel was at the end but not as favorably as thought was. read hotel review

    The staff at the reception was always friendly and the room was cleaned every day. After the lack of water in the room had complained, we were immediately without further a new larger room assigned.

    The hotel is located in the harbor, the motorway is only about 5 minutes away drive. Since long beach middle, is everything fast to reach.

    Our upgraded room was large, with television, 2 comfortable beds and a clean, large enough bathroom. The style of the hotel is, however, a matter of taste, since it was a older vessel.

The idea is a night at the queen Mary to spend we loved from the beginning. Already after our arrival we were however glad, that we with only a night leave. The ship is in a terrible condition and we find it really annoying, that there was such a unique forfeited left, instead of it regularly to clear. read hotel review

    The place long beach is very cute and looking at photos waonderful. Especially with the imposing queen Mary in the background. However here some dtunden enough to everything to have seen. The infrastructure and the free shuttle bus to the opposite harbor side is optimal. The view from the deck on the sunset a dream.

    The ladies at the reception were very polite, to a more expensive room to sell but also pretty dumpy. Internet is, contrary to our expectations, was not free of charge. The internet of the cafes on the port used, we can to the cost not remember. The beds were very worn out, the carpet in the hallway and in the rooms is completely renewed. You got the impression he lives... The bathtub was completely broken/cracked. The taps had calcified in such a way the only hard water came out and the air conditioning system on freezing set. Rules the room. Also on demand not.

    The drinks in the bar are ok, the style on the map not the most creative, but ok. The service was very slow and not very friendly, it was also the deck not very nice. There were also dirty floors, sticky poseur tables, rusty traces the white wall long and dirty disks, by the then unfortunately not more look could.     Since we first had a room with two single beds received, we have to charge a room with a double bed can be. Both rooms were large and with the same old, durchgelaufenen carpeted. The beds were saggy and the portholes so scratched, that it was only from one of four (two per room) could see. The bathrooms were fossil and in 2. room was the bathtub inside completely were partly splintered - put on and the paint chipped.
