The building is a bit old, i think, that it is on the 19. century construction could be. It was already always hotel, i say. The façade has a historic Touch, as well as the stylish lobby. The is almost entirely with dark wood paneling, at the ceiling cartridges with paintings, a rotating gallery, to an almost sophisticated staircase. The frontdesk employees and in the restaurant were very friendly. We had to the room change, as the predecessor it totally smoky had left-was quick and easy.
The cleaning of the rooms need more supervision. So verqualmtes rooms should be not as cleaned are to be communicated. Also in the shower head were more than 50% of the jets by lime clogged, whose cleaning is apparently not on the daily agenda.
Also for the sauna seemed nobody to feel responsible. You could get a refresh service the shower desired.

A very nice city hotel with a very good restaurant/bar. The location directly on the Karlsplatz is very good, the pedestrian precinct is only few minutes on foot away from the hotel, also the train station and all the other sights. We had a comfort room (325), which very nice was, with a view of the Karlsplatz and large bathroom. The interior was very good, the beds comfortable and in spite of the central location very quiet. A very comfortable address in the city centre from Eisenach. Small, appealing hotel. Many shops in the immediate vicinity, that we unfortunately because of the our stay couldn't use. To Wartburg one runs about 1 hour. Ideal for a long or short weekend.

Very attentive front desk, and at check in, as well as when checking out. The only thing, that did not work, was the exchange of a chair because of a defect backrest. But overall great.A great hotel, the can only be recommended is. My next stay is already planned - time and again, with pleasure.Great breakfast buffet. Great choice.
