The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful. Since it is a apartment hotel acts, be the rooms not cleaned daily; when our 1 week stay was once thoroughly cleaned. That was really reasonable.
Not nice: since we had an early arrival had, we came at a time in the hotel to, as the rooms not finished yet were (this is normal). Because the breakfast room was open, we asked for a coffee. We spent two nights at the stayat hotel and for a city break this hotel is great. The hotel is perfect for those super longer stay in Stockholm, since the hotel everything was available, which one for those Everyday needs. Very uncomplicated the check-in and check-out in the hotel. We got the key to the room from the moment we arrived (around 10,30). The train station is directly in front of the station alvik hotel with connection to the centre (about ten minutes in the centre). I can only follow the previous speakers. Great hotel for a Stockholm-trip. The metro is just around the corner, in ten minutes you are in the city center. Breakfast, like one it in the hotel. Selection of cold cuts, cheese, jam and so on nearby are small restaurants, where you can eat. The VASA-ship watch. And the Stadthuset. The castle you can, but you didn't have to, if you have seen many castles. Gamla Stan (the old city), of course, also worth seeing. very good city hotel only few hundred meters from the metro station away alvik. Supermarket nearby, Large apartment rooms, very good breakfast, the only minus point, no towel change (except on request with extra charge), once a week room cleaning or after check out.
The hotel has 16 floors, elevator only goes to the 15. Floor. Great view from the 16. Floor over South Stockholm
