Who reads a review. Thank you. A little over 100 units quite nicely laid out. The condition and the cleanliness in the area are good. Had booked all inclusive. Mainly german guests. Average age i'd say was 35 to 60. rooms 103, specially booked an economy room because of the air conditioning. Had requested, if i the same room as with the last time could get. Food is always warm and something for everyone. Self service beer and spirits available, evening entertainment non existent, live music on Wednesday was good and brought characters together, Dirty underwear and socks left in our room for week + not mine! Room 516 if your reading this behind the door, sweet wrappers in the utensil cupboards, I'd still expect them to be there, Staff seem unhappy, they do try and do as much as they can for you when asked though, day reception staff are unpleasant, gym is more orientated around cardio as opposed to weight machines and is not ... included in all inclusive, same goes for Wi-Fi, it is 8€ a day at time of writing, location is adjacent to a dual carriageway and lots of quads and bikes pass so a little noisy at night, I'm used to this though. We was the only English at the time and everyone in the hotel was German untill midweek, can't blame hotel for this and jandia is known for a large German prescence. The main redeeming factors are: Good food and drink. Location is a 2 moment walk from a beautiful beach. Would have had a better rating if room was cleaner. read hotel review

Hi there, we have now already the 3. the Jandia Luz. The evaluation of Giesela that 3/4 of the regular customers probably not stay here again, we sign, we were in the same period. The food was to the previous years very verschlchtert! The staff is as always very nice and helpful!... The rooms are always very clean... We will an attempt in the year 2014 in this hotel run... If nothing is and there nobody more again! read hotel review

Our desire was there, with our small child (9 months) a lovely getaway in the warmth to spend. Wanted a lot of time outdoors: on the beach or on excursions by rental car. Had no large complex, cheap it should be. We had for the hotel with 2 separate rooms and kitchenette decided, the bottles and wash up, and if necessary selfconsistent to be, if the small not good. Had booked half board. The hotel is small and well arranged (no extensive grounds), the rooms are either around the pool (as the catalog pictures looked show), or in a side ... wing in 1st or 2. number (as ours) facing the street (main road). In closed patio door hardly to be heard, with open door already. I however nevertheless hardly notice. During the day we were also much on the way and rare 18,30 back. The hotel is dated (low public rooms, design, furniture), but that is not a drawback. It seemed well maintained. What i missed, was a terrace at the restaurant, the breakfast or dinner outside would have allowed. So it went allmorgend and evening in the small restaurant, the - as many clients - very chairs stood too narrow and 4er and a 8er table offers. Because many couples like alone and at first alone wanted to sit, it came to platzknappheit to the peak, a table was but always, to 'not' one with another couple at a table. Good: 4-5 child highchairs are available in the restaurant. That was enough for all present families, since the children of different ages were. The majority of the guests were with us older couples, mostly from that some scandinavians were also available. I found the atmosphere around the guests was very friendly, partly also typical german (queue outside the restauranttüre evening from 5:50 p. m., opening around 6:00 p. m. towels on the pool chairs despite abwensenheit ), which we with humor took. Also positive: the area is relatively handicapped accessible. We had a stroller and arrived to the room. Conclusion: if you want a cheap hotel, because many activities or strandtage plans, is always well served.     In the restaurant: i thought that was a 'launch customer' impersonal and than their duty commanded. 2 time we were with the ordering forget. We are not fans of arab excessive anbandelungen, but somewhere in between would have been great. Housekeeping: friendly ladies, a gave our small a balloon inflated putzhandschuh :-) and you got often a smile or greeting. Reception: a very friendly and attentive, a different lady rather impersonal and not courteous. But when we were on the last evening with loud, on the balcony-singing guests of the area Solymar-hotels had to complain, the reception reacted immediately, the complaint to the reception and the ' lads' moved after inside. Amenities: hair dryer: these are only at the reception gg. rental fee, the best even to think and to bring their own. As i wanted, all were awarded.

    Size of the apartments was great for us, 3 (the buggy fit purely in rain), plus they were clean and tidy. Everything was tiled, walls brightly painted, partly during the day somewhat warmed up by the sun. A bit of comfort was missing, in our opinion, but... 2 stars. The furniture was neat and clean, but into the years come: our kinderreisebett in one of the joints broken, the furniture meadows scratches on, a bettbein wobbled, the enamel on the bath was partly grazed. Little things, the efficiency and effectiveness, however not affected. The kitchenette with refrigerator was fully functional, a set with glasses, plates, pots, boards, bowls and cutlery were present. The bathroom was neat and clean. On the terrace there were 1 round table and 3 classical, balcony chairs from plastic. From the neighbors you don't hear a thing. Conclusion: its purpose of the room fully met, but we were nearly only for sleeping in it.

    Had a rental car from airport booked, the distance to the hotel took about 1 stunde20 minutes the journey takes about a well developed road, which runs along the resorts Costa caleta, Costa Calma and butihondo /esquinzo to Jandia/ Morro Jable leads. Much to see and do on this route however not, not be disappointed. Fuerteventura is sparse and partly my feeling mondlandschaftsartige trains in the coastal region. The entrance to Jandia offers then a first ' ah... Holiday ' - sgefühl. Palm lined main street, left a view of the sea, the beach and the lighthouse. At the same time, to the right the view of hotelhänge and modern entertainment mile with souvenirbasaren, restaurants & bars and shops (Esprit, Douglas, outlets, supermarkets). Great: directly along the beach, a palm-fringed, nice promenade, the to Morro Jable is. So you can have both: stroll along and above the water with a grandiose view, or stroll along the shops and bars. Right behind Jandia closes Morro Jable at, an old fishing village (also on the beach promenade, a lovely walk). For me this is a clear plus Jandia compared to the other retortenurlauberinklaven on Fuerteventura. Because it is also the possibility, in a little authentic atmosphere to walk and food. The hotel is only a few minute walk across the street to the beach, the beach promenade, the Morro Jable and the entertainment mile. Advantage: it is not directly because of the entertainment mile, noise is not to be expected. It is one of the last hotels on the main street, before after Morro Jable a hill winds. Directly behind/above the Jandia Luz in 2. series to the road, but seamlessly the hotel Sol y Mar at. But that's just the way it is in retortenorten. Hotel an hotel. The beach is fantastic and endless, clean it is, the water was clear & turquoise and had a pleasant surf when we were there. There was a beach bar with delicious spanish food (tapas & fish/seafood) but also pizza/pasta, pay beach chairs with umbrella and public toilets with outdoor shower. We were happy. If you like to make excursions: of Jandia it is about 20 minutes to Costa Calma, 1 stunde30 minutes to Puerto del Rosario, 2h after Corralejo and 1.5-2h after Antigua and further to betancuria in the interior. This is definitely worth seeing, as the landscape shows with soft roterdigen hills & mountains or serpentinenartigen streets, are great views. Here and as grow individual palm trees or palmenhaine. The has what. Rich green we saw however anywhere. Cofete is after 1 stunde30 minutes over a funky pass road, mostly a schotterpiste distance, occasionally you with a terrific view of the beach section of the city.

    Breakfast: quality for us partly disappointing, the selection very monotonous, but probably not untypical for these grups. So every day the same small selection of cheese, sausage ( salamiartig -red with fettaugen ), jam (from plastikportionsbechern ) and eggs or english breakfast. Fruit and cereal, yogurt & snacks were but also to choose from. Everything was just a matter of taste. Many a tourist has decided its own in the supermarket bought jam for breakfast. But nevertheless: one becomes full, perhaps not always happy. The coffee/cafe con leche came from the machines, the juices tasted artificial-sweet. In the evening: similar assessment. Typical for the country were only the pickled olives, pearl onions and cheese cubes and from & to tortilla espana. Other was missing. The presentations the fleischpfannen was not appealing, the vegetables were overcooked, the tough mashed potatoes one evening came from the bag, a partly strange mix with chicken nuggets, calamaresringen or similar from & freshly grilled or frittiertes fillets and the pasta with bolgnese or tomatensauce, every evening on the buffet stood, was for me a ray of hope. Salad, soup and dessertcremes /ice were also always there, partly optically not so nice. So i could see the approach of the hotels no cultures apply. The conclusion: for 2 stars not expect too much. Everything was there, but the level rather simple without catered to highlights or freshly before our eyes prepared dishes.

We were the first time in the Jandia Luz and we loved it. The hotel was minutes 3 star rating. Except for small faults in the apartment, which we gladly ignored, the hotel is absolutely great. Small, very clean with very friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. The food was very good, when individual food not tasted, then one has somewhat different found, since there was always plenty of choice was available. The salads were each time great, very fresh and varied. With the decor and the size of the apartment we were more than satisfied. We had to due ... to a damage caused by water first an apartment facing the street take, but after 3 days change. That was a bit inconvenient, but doable, but there was the safe free. The pool area was also very nice, small but nice and was cleaned every day. Unfortunately came from the 2 january week, many german, which some said would be about everything and every weight (thought probably they have 4 star booked) and partially were already at 8 o'clock in the morning the beach chairs were reserved, which in the 1st week of the way. I found that the atmosphere in the hotel area a bit worn, but but the hotel cannot do anything. Conclusion: we were already in a few 3 star areas on the Canary Islands (Lanzarote, Tenerife, La Palma), of which this was with 2 stars absolutely the best! In general we were satisfied. What has disturbed us, that we at the arrival very nice were shocked, when the driver by gestures announced, that we daruntergehen must. Since we never a lighted lichtreklame saw we were astonished first. Then we saw a fairy lights the name of the area. The eintschecken it was quick and they gave us a map and we are as high Go. To our room at night found (516) really annoyed us. Sent an auxiliary person there would be very helpful to our suitcases up the 29 sufen carried upstairs could have been. As already in the may/june (3 weeks) this time we were in the november/december for two weeks in the Jandia Luz. The rooms are spacious and they are always kept clean. The area was fully booked but hardly within the plant totally unready, probably was because of the predominantly older the better approach. Always may/june with half full occupancy this was a bit different. Many guests from Scandinavia during our holiday there. Especially good we enjoyed the christmas decorated dining room/lobby bar and the reception area around the reception. read hotel review

    The staff was as always very friendly, helpful and courteous. At the reception german is flowing spoken and with all possible questions one helped to us. The director Michael thiele is a german compatriot and always had an open ear for his guests. The rooms were always properly cleaned. Towel and bedlinen change were carried out on a regular basis.

    The pool is for the size of the area adequate and is also cleaned every morning. For the kids there was a children's pool. Within the complex there was a small playground but hardly used. Moreover, since newest a tischfußballspiel at the pool bar set up. Live music is always wednesday evening by the hotel manager personally. There is a small fitness room, (use for a small fee) which we did not use though. At the pool bar are two water pumps (beer and soft drinks) where the guests could help themselves and making no queue at the drink distribution forms.

    In the time of our holiday the area was fully booked (booked). Amazingly there was still hardly any space in the dining room, we at any mealtime found a place. This was probably also because the many older guests mostly together, so that almost all tables optimal were full. Only with the rise after the meal was not always right, it was mostly a time-schmoozed. We enjoyed the food always tasted very good we liked the chocolate fountain with the dessert the wednesday at the canary menu for use came. To the critics about the food of some guests here in Holiday check be made we only say: food is always a matter of taste, the one complains and find in the number of crumbs which ended and most of the other it tasted very good. We were definitely always full.

    The optimal location and the surrounding area from the Relaxia Jandia Luz in other reviews on this portal best described and correct so we have nothing to add need. Weather during our vacation from the 25 november until 9 december 2013: The atlantic has a water temperature of 22 degrees. The daytime temperature was about 28 degrees, the evening and nighttime temperatures were between 17 and 20 degrees. Unusual for Fuerteventura was it almost windstil and therefore also no sand on the beach away. After our return flight on 9 december changed this.

    Bedroom, living room and kitchen area are spacious furnished. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub with built-in shower. A flat-screen tv is available as well as a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, 2 hobs and a fridge. A safe is also in the room and be applicable. The rooms have air-conditioning in the apartments to the side of the road.

We were already often there, was always great! Now we say never again in this dump! As you with old customers handled it was already an insolence! The Alltours lady was very arrogant and has the guests with their nature also fully verarscht! 3/4 the guests said never again! The apartments are in different categories - only once one gets such a bad apartment - where nobody in it and if you then complained, you get a different but against surcharge! As within one year so much for the worse may change is incomprehensible! Positive was the spanish staff - ... always friendly and very courteous! read hotel review

Our friends it at least once a year Jandia Luz. Like many other guests we come now for 10 years and are still from the friendly, almost family atmosphere pleased. If our group age related deterioration also smaller is, (and unfortunately will, because i no longer so far will travel) so are new friends has our opinion. Once Jandia Luz - always Jandia Luz! Middle class hotel close to the beach and. The center of Jandia Playa. The Relaxia Jandia Luz is a simple, small and inexpensive apartment hotel in a prominent location on the beach, the beach promenade after Morro Jable and the tourist center. Those are however already the outstanding characteristics of the hotel. Otherwise a typical hotel for local guests, the numerous book. Or something for new guests, as we, the want to explore this area and were on the road during the day. The apartments are ok, pool and area. The food, like always and everywhere - a matter of ... taste, but some dishes were only lukewarm. The offer was however sufficient. We had booked all inclusive and always found something which we liked. The service was - for our taste - not always enough (cleanliness of the apartments). The staff in all areas extremely friendly and nice, we loved it. Especially melo! The musical open air event of the hotel managers, we also found good. The apartments are relatively large and functional. There are however only few storage compartments (drawers, etc.). The behaviour of some of the regular guests we and other newcomers - not necessarily good. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and the interesting surrounding area extensively explored on foot. The liked it. Whether we Jandia Luz book is still uncertain, as already indicated, we love the variety. read hotel review

    We enjoyed the pool, the pool chairs and the sport facilities not used. The pool bar was ok.

    The apartments are quite large, but not functional. Little traffic possibilities. Flat screen tv was available, with about 5 german channels!
