The staff are very friendly and helpful.There are 2 restaurants. A on the the floor and one in the lobby ( breakfast -restaurant). We only used the breakfast -restaurant used. The service was very friendly and attentive.The rooms make a very good impression ( recently renovated). The facilities belong: flat tv, safe, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron Internet ( for a fee).Big hotel in a good location. (23 floors). Parking is $27, with valet parking (no self parking). The Hilton is typically a bunker in the center. But very nicely decorated, we had the suite with a view of the Citadel. The pool can be totally forgot, a small dirty puddle on the roof terrace. The sauna is a joke. Otherwise very nice. … read more

The hotel is very centrally located directly across the street from the entrance to the old town of Quebec. About 10-15 minutes in you can walk along the charming Rue Saint-Louis Frontenac palace, with a beautiful views of the St.-Lawrence river-enjoys. In the old town as well as in the adjoining Rue Saint-Jean you will find plenty of restaurants and fast food shops. The 'opinion' at the Grande Allee is within walking distance.
