I cannot explain myself what guests always fault. I had a lovely stay in this hotel. The room in the bungalow was clean, daily fresh clean towels. The food was wide and good. There was hardly any variation, but you had a large selection of hot and cold dishes. Furthermore, there were also the attendance in the à la carte restaurants on the way. Was very lots of young people from Canada... The whole day drunk, very loud music always (2 hour!) first the from the hotel and from 'real' sleep, it was OK by the pool, at the lobby, front desk, Corridor or the room! We were with our 5-year old son and was a pure disaster! We were the first 2 nights at the solymar accommodated. After our round trip we got the arenas blancas a room. There it pleased us very well and we felt comfortable in the renovated room. The maid service was attentive and efficient.
The food was ok. There was a lot of vegetables and fruit. The service was always friendly and cheerful. In the hotel there were mostly canadians accommodated. The care by our reiseunternehmungsbetreuer was very good. … read more

Good service but stupid rule, with the standhandtüchern.
Us a towel from the balcony stolen and we had 25 cuc punishment are charged... Pointless!2 quality and 5 restaurants... However, you could in 3-5 days only once in the restaurant reserve. Near 7 days there are 2 visits.
Food is but also at the buffet good.Big and clean.Good position right on the beach.
Really all inclusive (cocktails).

We had several water failure as well as electricity failure for our bungalow. Staff did not reenact in a professional way and I had to insist to have a conveninence room placed at disposal to be able to have a shower... Poor competences in this way.
Buffet at the main restaurant what not as used to be (we went several times to this hotel). Repititive food not as much choice as it used to be.
