The hotel is to 90% with Dutch visited, which however not is bad. The deluxe rooms were good. The hotel itself not Sunday in the catalog, described, that it was massage, Turkish bath, tennis, boutiques and so on returns. None of this was there. The family rooms are nice and big, with 2 bathrooms, small kitchen fridge, living room with sleeping space for the 5 and 6. person. It is not so very entertained, as in the big resorts, here you your peace, can the bay expire, go fishing, diving snorkelling
Careful: sea urchins and stones can in the water -bathing shoes must not be, are however with children makes sense.

Although we at check in in the hotel alone without further guests arrived, was hardly time for the welcome, they gave us a note on the meal times, the all-inclusive offer, as well as some other information was, gave us the room key maps and referred us to a young man, the our luggage itself and took us the way to the room showed. At the front desk spoke a part of the staff English, most of the others employees could little understand, it was often a challenge, for example a glass soda with lemon to order.

' total relaxation' great complex, simply superb... Are in this hotel for the first time been but we think, that it not for the last time was. Very friendly staff, great room, a massive pool area,4 more pools with water slides, good food and diverse, great choice in the à la carte restaurant, directly at the beach and a very professional animation team what for entertainment provides as Yoga, dance water polo, Volleyball, soccer and in the evening great shows what really professional detention is. The staff put in the effort to be friendly but are unfortunately unqualified!
Only couple which a bit of English!
Cleaning of the rooms bad. The toilet would only once in 8 days cleaned only the towels were changed daily (almost every time what forget-toilet paper or towels)Same fruit( unfortunately no watermelon ), breakfast standard with eggs of all kinds. Cheese and pancakes. Sausage assortment not enjoyable.We have a families room get, very big,2 tv, mini bar, safe, telephone. Enough furniture inside, gr. Balcony. meehrbilck but a bit noisy.Big hotel, good room however nothing cleanliness.
