To the friendliness of the entire hotel staff i can only say this absolutely was perfect. The reception and restaurant staff were always friendly and courteous. All languages more or less understandable english, absolutely sufficient. About the medical service on ko tao white i unfortunately also to reports. My brother after a hike a heat stroke suffered and had to in the department. This is of course a bit, the you on vacation tendentious not need, but also the worked fine. Hotel is nice at the end of the beach. The bungalows were spread on the hill (partly quite violent hills) and nice in the'jungle'-countryside. The rooms are quite simple but very nice equipped, quite dark... In the late afternoon by the staff in all rooms the mosquito net on the bed 'ready made'. The rooms are equipped with free safe, a nice terrace and a fridge, but no tv. Free w-LAN available, is however rather a gambling with the front desk. We stayed here for the second time in this hotel and will definitely stay there again. Fantastic hotel area with a lot of privacy, mega great pool, friendly service (but not intrusive) and delicious food. But if you don't like staying in a resort which was more or less in the jungle is, should book another hotel and not complain afterwards about some animals (should be aware!).
