The staff as mentioned previously are very friendly and most of them appear to be fluent in several languages. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis with fresh linen provided each day. There is a laundry service should you require it and if there is anything you want to know, or are in need of, just ask at reception they will assist you.The food is of a good quality and there is always plenty to choose from. Normally travel to Kusadasi but recommended by a friend we tried this hotel. All facilities are clean and well maintained. The management and staff are on hand and always willing to improve your stay listening to all requests. Previous all inclusive we have tried find a lot of fried food on menu. Food was fresh every day and very little fried and found it very healthy. Front bar opens to the street and a very pleasant area to sit and relax. This hotel was taken over by new management late 2011' (same management as Vela Hotel Icmeler, which has very high review status). They have refurbished the hotel to a very high standard. Very Friendly & Welcoming Staff . Each have knowledge of differant Languages well spoken English by most staff Very good value for All Inclusive Basic but Clean new Air conditioning , new beds , Balcony , safe , telephone , Flat screen Tv ,Hairdryer ,Fridge,New Shower with constant Hot water . Adequate wardrobe space
