The staff's hospitality from person to person different.
English, German and french was at least at the front desk standard.
The cleanliness of the rooms left no review.
Complaints were mostly solved.There is a big restaurant and a bar, the however during the day somewhat neglected.
The antipasti s4 ear good; which afterwards was moderate.
To the cleanliness: A glass fragments in the frühstücksjoghurt prompted us, same not more to go.Rooms are quite small, the furnishings the furnishing is very simple. Fridge, tv, safe and telephone - with 4 stars - available. Surely in next future a renovation line up.The hotel is located somewhat away … read more

I must now a really much praise goes to the entire staff are. For us it was really vacation with friends. Both during the first visit and with the 2. then anyway! From the housekeepers on the front desk employees, the serving staff, as well as at the entertainers! Both in German, as well as in french and English always make an effort all issues to come. At the first complaint/demand, as in the rules of the game for the' pool' a bathing cap obligation and the closing of the pool between 13:00 and 4:00 P. M. beach, we were not really very friendly treated. Apart from that was the service reasonable. They speak German at the reception.The food was altogether reasonable, there were for all meal times a buffet with relatively wide choice. By the all inclusive-offer no wishes are left unfulfilled. If you to four of us traveling, this is the most cost-effective way spend your holiday. At the buffet could each to his taste select. For individuals couple this is certainly not the right place to stay.
