Staff friendly, bedlinen was only every 2. or 3. day exchangedWe had already much better food in other hotelsSize alright, no mini bar, one gets daily only 2 piece 0.5 liter bottles of water to the roomThis was the worst hotel in Punta Cana. I was 6 times before in other hotels but whala bavaro, i am totally disappointed. The hotel was cheap, but we noticed it. For a 14 days Karibik dream holiday not convenient, it gets boring very quickly, despite mass tourism. The by the travel agents and at the beach offered excursions were overpriced and crowded. The hotel is located in 2. row behind the beach, the narrow, crowded beach is however close. Pool and beach were small, but clean, chairs were sufficiently available. We think, the hotel suffers from poor management. It suffers from often lack, every day is missing something else. The entire area made a old and shabby impression. Had on the first day a ebenerdiges room with a view of the small mittelpool. The whole room smelled musty, in the bathroom dripped it from the ceiling. Small caterpillars and worms were in the room, in the bathroom and the hallway. After complaint we got a room on the 1st floor, with a view directly on the roof our hotels and on the facade the neighboring hotels, distance just approximately 5 meters. Beautiful small hotel, on a very quiet lateral road, to the beach just 40 meters The hotel is very clean, and that staff are very friendly, every wish was immediately executed, Unfortunately this is hotel for faamilien with children or infants not ideal, since no child care, and also the pools are 1.60 meters and above deep. At the beginning (before christmas) was not yet much loosely, then between christmas and new year's eve. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
