As we had our 15 year old son were traveling, we had this year a family room booked all inclusive. The individual rooms were though relatively small, still perfectly adequate. The 2004 opened hotel has here and there signs of wear and tear, in the near future be remedied need. The cleanliness in the whole complex is not to complain about, the rooms were cleaned daily. I booked this hotel 4 times in 12 months, now visited. Nothing has changed, the offered services, the friendliness of the entire staff were as usual absolutely fantastic. It is Kerem at the reception, always open and friendly to the well-being of the guests and is always located him, and he spoke perfect german and we felt very well cared for and understood. Also a big compliment to Arzu from the customer service, look after lovingly cared about the needs you, concerns and wishes of the guests. The reception and the customer service is the 'heart' and first place of ... every hotel. In the Xanthe exemplary! As well as the resident manager Serkan ö., present and always looking to the right. Evren raschit and at the bar were always in a good mood and quick at work. The staff in the dining room was also very friendly and courteous. The food was varied, tasty and nicely arranged and especially warm! Fish, meat and poultry were always freshly prepared. The extensive garden area was very well kept, as well as the beach section with great sun protection. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. The rooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished, good room cleaning, wi-fi worked fine. In summary it was again a great holiday with wonderful weather and beautiful relaxing and fun family atmosphere, so i can also fully recommend this hotel. We see the november. For a rather cheap but great holiday with medium sized requirements at the hotel was very good: very good location, good room, good service, great customer service and good food (quality and cleanliness). Rather weak is the spa area and the choice of the food. read hotel review

Drawback is the very poorly sound-proofed rooms. Next door geschnarche and above chairs back. On the long hallways in the lowest floor, where the restaurant and the bar, it was too cold. Tables for people, who like games, were available. The bar stool were impossible - only squeaking. To be highlighted was the friendliness of the entire staff - my praise. In the immediate area so many new hotels are being built, this whole area rather uninteresting. Who should do in these geanzen hotels purely? I booked this hotel since opening already very often as a guest and was always with the service, cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff very happy.     Size and condition were not to complain about, small balcony and flat screen tv as well as a minibar and coffee maker are available. Size of the bathroom is nothing to complain about. Cleanliness was also alright, toilet brushes should be replaced.

The all-inclusive was very good. All meals there was something for everyone and it was very varied and always warm. It was also much meat and fish before the eyes of the guests fresh grilled. The guest structure during our stay very many swiss and austrian in the hotel. But also lots of germans. Only few scandinavians and russians.     The hotel is approximately 1 hour away from Airport Antalya. From the hotel are about 10 minutes' walk away to Kumköy with many shops and some bars. Excursions could directly in the hotel during the travel line book. Antalya at night or a shopping excursion. After Manavgat to the falls and/or the market. After Pamukkale with the limestone terraces and much more The hotel is right on the beach only through a very beautiful and very well-kept pedestrian promenade separated. On the main street about 10 minutes from the hotel there are many taxis and there are heine bus stop.

    The rooms have a good size and are very clean. The furniture is very new and modern. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a glass division. Fortunately no bathtub with furchbarem curtain. The minibar was filled when we arrived with water, Cola and Fanta stocked and included. The rest of the stay and water refilled. There was a kettle with tea bags and instant coffee.

    To the animation i can't say a lot, since we in the evening mainly out to Kumköy are. The dj with its german music booms always good mood made. The children in the mini club were always very cheerful and done from, so i assume, that the children Well cared for here are. So were the stories of two families with which we have a conversation. I loved the kids section at the pool area. The slides, elephant and Towers are great arranged. Also the pool on the pool was really fun. The beach pleased us also very well. Especially the beautiful awnings. None of the hotels surrounding Had such great awnings as the LTI Xanthe. I loved the very comfortable cushions on the beach chairs. Also here everything was very clean, well maintained and new. The garden is very well designed. Through the winding and long pool area, there was no unpleasant Concatenate of infinitely many pool chairs, as in other hotels often is the case. Around the pool area There were always small, separate spaces with occasional chairs. That creates a nice, quiet atmosphere.

    There was a main restaurant, a beach restaurant, a pool restaurant and a snack bar by the pool. It gave the moreover 4 à la carte restaurants and a Village house, at which one turkish speciality Gözleme can. The choice in the buffet-style restaurant was large and varied. Something for everyone. Great salads, much grilled meat/fish and grilled or stuffed vegetables. Beverage could have been improved, but also pasta, rice, chips and soups.

    The rudest reception of all my holidays. Wireless works for 2.5 months in the rooms. This also other guests confirmed. The room was not cleaned properly, just all the basics. Flaws in the room were in our holiday not repaired, although we several times at the unfriendly reception were.

    We had a savings room. According to description it should 21 to 25 square meter have. It only had about 16 square meter, and a connecting door to the other room (you could hear every word the room next door were discussed. Wi-fi i had already mentioned that it for 2.5 months not work. The minibar was in the early refilled, then it should still filled up with water are. This has twice worked but then not anymore. Tidy was likewise not cleaned.

    Much too small! No price-performance ratio of 4 stars. My family had a family room, where my husband, my son and i in a double bed slept, and my sister with her son had a connecting rooms with two single beds. Everything was very cramped and small. There was an extra toilet, but in the bathroom no additional storage space for bath amenities. Absolutely could be improved! Our cleaning lady was incredibly lazy! There were large bunch of sand in the middle of the room overlooked, closets with sonnenmilchspritzern not cleaned, cups with cold coffee three days left, the one could still drink after over two days. It was only made the bed, longer actually not. We had ants in the room, the air conditioning in the passage room my sister was so loud, that you had to sleep, this meant then schhwitzen. If you are unlucky enough, you get a room on the street, but not in the back as we did, but the front street as my mitgereiste mother, as it was impossible for a night sleep through, constantly buses with new guests or the bus of the staff brought. Noisy; loud, disgrace so a room for about 8 00 €for 1 week to ask.

    Pools are clean, at least the main pool, small kiddie pool could be cleaned more often. There were three slides available the kids really fun, only were the shade and the water was very cold. General were the kiddie pool of the temperature always colder around some unfortunate! Entertainment in the day before was very monotonous, Bocce, darts and beach volleyball. In the evening there was in the theater about 40 minutes kindem entertainment, unfortunately only around quarter nine and afterwards a dance show, times with samba, turkish or african, they were nice.

    From the Airport Antalya it is 1.5 hours to the hotel, in the hotel are relatively short ways, depending on what room you get. The longest one runs 5 minutes from the room to the breakfast/ abendessenbereich. The hotel had quite long dimensions and is on the way to another sister hotel the mar.

    The check-in at half one was very poor, no welcome or how was the prior, etc. The rezeptionist could light german, but hard to understand. The room boy was also very poor, as' brings me today not, i come back tomorrow '. The service in the catering trade the breakfast or dinner, it was really great and accomodating. The guys are friendly and tried hard. However, the guys at the beach split, a saucy the other ok. The bartender at the beach, you had to time snub, he friendly was. The desk clerk came it it depended if you had caught, the young lady was super german and was always very helpful, but the young men not very welcoming.

    The breakfast was hearty of fruit, vegetables, granola, pancakes, rolls, Baguette, sausage, scrambled eggs, fresh omelet and so on. The lunch at the beach was less large, but sufficient and you could either at the larger pool where a large lunch or to go to the main restaurant. You get the chance 1 times in a theme restaurant food, with which one at least 1 day in advance must. We stayed at the blue restaurant. The food was really delicious, but a bit cheeky was, that we with our family, which also in the hotel was, with 7 man exactly the same size of starters plate got, as the 2 people on the next table. That means, the size of the starter plater is not on the number of guests oriented, but simply a one - size! For about 10 tables were 2 waiters and only 4 maps available. The waiters go from table to table and wait until all your order delivered and we with 2 small kids at the table were not vorangenommen. It took about 40 minutes until we to were, the children whilst on dry bread full meal until the actual order able to give. For dinner you can only say good things, the selection of salads, side dishes, meat, change etc. Whereby for me personally a bit the taste was missing. But it was really clean and hygienic.
