The staff were friendly. With German language was not very far, Better English. Cleaning of the rooms wasn't according to our expectations. Complaints were taken serious.There was a big restaurant for the hotel guests, in addition there is a bar/café. The food was consistently good. Recommendable Hotel for those Winter vacation without a car. Ski- föhrt very often-only 30 meters from the hotel. Campitello is access to the famous Sella runde. The hotel has a nice view of the langkofel. I had a concerned 'deluxe room' for single use. Large, very well equipped room. Highlight the Wellness shower in the bathroom!
