A wonderful night we were allowed during our round trip in this tolleen complex spend. After we this hotel short term as a replacement got we were nevertheless very on the quality surprised. To the hotel and the furnishings were almost all been evaluated. Unfortunately we had a bit bad luck with the weather and the rain and the tiefhängenden clouds the vulkanwelt a little dull appearance.
We still have further 6 lodges in cr visited and eventually discovered, that lomas del volcan the best of all in facilities and location of the building was. Service etc. Was not the most important, since we only were in transit. We have the car trip as an overall and would the history definitely not over la fortunas make. Lots of fun in planning. … read more

Room service was impeccable. A lamp flickered with us, and after complaint repaired immediately. Otherwise... Very rude. Starting at the front desk to the service for breakfast. I need no long personal conversation, but a bye whilst checking out would be desirable... Instead sparked he directly the cleaning staff, they should the room get ready.The hotel complex features many bungalows but in a very nice and spacious garden area. Guests were mainly from Amerika, busses make stop. Wi-fi was included.Breakfast was okay, for european tastes but lacked sausage, cheese or bread. The check in ran fast and problem-free. We arrived early and the bungalows were immediately available.
The cleaning of the rooms was great - everything very clean, including bathroom/toilet.
At the front desk we spoke with Roberto english.The 47 bungalows are outside of the town of la forunta in hillside with a view of the volcano Arenal. All the bungalows are very quiet and are located in a beautiful landscaped gardens.
Guest structure: mainly americans; few europeansWe can only the breakfast buffet rate.
