The service in every area of the hotel is excellent. At the front desk one always fast and competent served. You is very friendly and tried to fulfill every wish. It was very nice, that we immediately addressed by name were, since we were already once in the kitzhof were.
Also the housekeeping staff is very friendly. Whenever you someone in the hallway met, one was greeted friendly and asked them how they were doing.

We felt very good, even if i the in-house restaurant not more would frequent, better next time the few meters purely to fawn to eat,
The food in the restaurant was in our opinion the juicy not worth the price.
Breakfast was well arranged, but good of the quality and absolutely everything, that you need. The staff absolutely super nice, the new boss also.
Spa for us too few possibilities, the saunas were during the day not to.

A great hotel in all areas. Because of the direct proximity to Hahnenkamm ideal for winter sports. Friendliness very good in all areas and not to fake, however rather warm. Quality of the food excellent. Room new, modern and warm renovated. Wellness area with a pool very nice, sauna area also beautifully in the winter but certainly too small - here must however be said, that are aware of this and extension already are planned.
