The staff were nothing special friendly.
The communication was good.
The cleaning of the rooms left nothing to the imagination.The hotel is on a hill on the edge of the forest. Directly outside there is a busy street. ( very noisy)
The cleanliness of the rooms could be better.
The breakfast was always the same. During dinner on the eve of between 4 dishes. ( tasted very good).There's a restaurant, however no bar. To closing of the restaurant ( about 20 hours) you got nothing more to drink.
Cleanliness and hygiene were ok. The courts typical of the country and delicious.The rooms are rather small … read more

On my first stay in Marienbad I had the luck a very nice, clean and with pleasant staff occupied hotel to have found. The appliances are excellent. Small weak point is the sauna in addition must be paid for, but I think the point would be to fix it. Thus really recommendable. … read more
