At the front desk one was always friendly and helpful and 3 persons have perfect speak german. The staff were always friendly and most understood German. At the front desk you could easily fully on German at the bar there was evenings also no problems if you German not so far came, with broken English sparkling. The cleaning of the rooms is good except for a very annoying thing. If you sometimes sleep longer wanted (so until o'clock) this chop! The hotel is in my opinion not suitable for family vacations, actually the region is 'lloret de Mar ' for suitable for families! The region is just a pure party. Room are small and the bathroom is something outdated but funktionstüchig. Bed linen was not quite right, blood, lipstick stains!
