During my trip to North Korea, I had the pleasure in the Ryanggang hotel overnight. The hotel is somewhat outside of Pyongyang and you ( as long as it the weather permitted) a marvelous prospect on Pyongyang. The hotel is not the newest and is exclusively for tourists need. There is a hotel bar, a small shop and Souvernirladen. The rooms are rather old-fashioned, but adequate for sleeping more than enough. In november 2011 i spent in this hotel some nights in a double room. The hotel lies on a hill on the edge the capital of north korea, pyongyang. It is surrounded by a sports complex. The hotel owns a revolving restaurant on the attic storey and several small shops in the lobby, also a bar for refreshments. Unfortunately it came a few time to power outages and the hotel was completely dark.
