Big room and large beds, but we had soft mattresses and could not sleep well,
In addition to the high humidity,
In 60. block used, no nice view, since our room not the pool area was, the rainforest, with quakenden frogs lets greet
Breakfast buffet-scrambled eggs awful, flöckig, the milk forget,
Also otherwise for 4 * poor, pictures promise more!
Pool also no refreshment, loosely 32°!
Lake (ocean) swimming forbidden, giftquallen, but the fenced bathing available

The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. The daily room cleaning is nothing to complain about. In the hotel you will find a laundry facility, and hourly child care. At the front desk, you can request free of charge towels for the beach and the pool. The breakfast buffet (6:30-10:30) is varied and offered something for every taste. The breakfast room serves evening (with terrace) as a restaurant. There is a bar near the pool. The dinner menu is high quality, but the prices were also quite high. We were at the beginning of our trip in palm cove December on the room were OK in the hotel, one should always remember Australia is not Germany. The food in the hotel was OK, very rich breakfast buffet. Nice pool area, to the beach it is only a few minutes walk. A lot of fun … read more

Front desk is average friendly. The service staff in the restaurant but it is very slow and rather inexperienced. Breakfast buffet was ok, but not exciting. Menu for dinner is not very large. There are better restaurants, but who are not overly picky, then it's completely ok. At the bar in the afternoon ate a sandwich - expensive but yummy! Although only standard room - huge! You can tell that it had been recently renovated. Mega-TV (you need a on holiday??? ). Kitchenette - new and large. Large balcony with view of pool. All in all the best room … read more
