Quality of service in all areas (front desk, service in the restaurant, cleaning of the rooms and so on) more than great! Foreign languages skills at the front desk english and an employee with perfect german. Internet at 3 free stations or wi-fi in the entire hotel area for 35 Real (24 hours, only actual loginzeit will be counted).We have only the main restaurant goa for breakfast and dinner visited.     The hotel is situated in one of the most privileged locations on the coast of Brazil, 500 m from Villa Praia do Forte and from the nearest restaurants, bars and shops as well as from the Projecto Tamar Tortugas. It lies 3 km from Castelo Garcia D´Avila and Saparinga and 1 hour from the beach at Salvador da Bahia and the tourist centre of Pelourinho.

    Renovated in 2008, this family-friendly beach hotel is the perfect place for fans of eco-tourism and comprises a total of 293 rooms including 1 suite and 13 junior suites. Its simple architecture is in harmony with the stunning landscape and bio-diversity of the surrounding area. The hotel is magnificent in every detail and is characterised by its friendly and charming staff. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby with a 24-hour reception and check out service and a hotel safe. Children can spend fun-packed days at the kids’ club, see what it feels like to be an explorer or learn about ecology. It also offers a bar, a restaurant, conference facilities and WLAN Internet access. Guests may also take advantage of the room and laundry services and there is parking available for those arriving by car.

    The rooms offer guests refinement and sophistication, in harmony with nature. Located on the ground floor or the first floor, all rooms have a balcony with a view. They come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer and offer a double bed. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access and a safe. Furthermore a mini fridge and individually adjustable air conditioning are provided in all accommodation as standard. All units also feature either a balcony or a terrace.

Guests can relax on the beach, by the side of one of the 8 pools (including 1 outdoor pool, 1 children’s swimming area and 1 heated pool), at the poolside snack bar with its sun loungers and parasols or outside the hotel complex. It is possible to enjoy a workout in the gym or join an aquafit session and, for an additional fee, guests can also unwind in the hot tub, the sauna, the steam room or with a massage treatment. It is possible to go diving, surfing, windsurfing, motor boating, sailing and canoeing (charges apply to all) or to play a game of tennis, table tennis or beach volleyball. There is also a charming fishermen's village nearby and the country’s only ruins of a medieval-style building, and golf enthusiasts can play a round at the nearby Iberostar golf course, just a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Special programmes of entertainment for adults and children are also on offer. Moreover, there are sun loungers and parasols available for use on the sandy beach.
