For pure overnight stay the hotel is suitable-but not more. A wohlfühlcharakter for me not set, but is the building it was just too old. A comprehensive modernisation of the house will do well, without the historic structure to be jeopardised. We are from the hotel every morning into town hiking, which is about three to four kilometers distance should be. You can but also with the tram to the center arrive. The stops are not after ten minutes walk to reach. Who by car comes, should in any case the multi-storey car park next to the university in the … read more

Good city hotel with a lot of charm and atmosphere. Directly in front of the hotel the tram stop allows you to see the two stations in the metro stop(Schottentor) and in the center. Our room (201) was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was a bit cramped.
