Hotel Rural El Patio^{(3.5 stars)}

Hotel Rural El Patio has a total of twenty-six rooms located on a sixty-hectare banana plantation on the shores of the island. The building is protected for its great historical, architectural and ecological interest and is surrounded by lovely gardens with pure, uncontaminated air and a tremendous silence in the heart of the countryside. Its buildings and facilities are full of history and family memories which have lasted down to the modern day. It has always been the property of the Ponte family. The Hotel consists of two buildings: a main one called Patio I and an annexe, Patio II, 600 metres away from the first among the banana plants. There are a range of leisure facilities available including the heated swimming-pool, solarium, gymnasium,artficial-grass tennis court, footpaths around the plantation, a golf driving range,  reading room, bar and free wifi in the patio. There is also a lounge with television for meetings and games. You can enjoy a buffet-style breakfast in the dining-room, which has wonderful sea views, and on certain days there are typical local menus. As the Hotel is located in the "Isla Baja" area, which includes the boroughs of Garachico, Icod, Los Silos and Buenavista as well as the Teno Country Park, there is an enormous range of activities for different activities.
