The staff are friendly, the communication other works however not, as all staff on questions other info at the guests be given, which sometimes were very confusing. The staff speaks only English or Italian. Reacted maybe partly a little brisk with questions at the front desk. Have you trip as cheap special offer for 3 days, thus was the value for money good. However we would the trip to the reg. Price book.
