A very beautiful hotel which was not too big and therefore also not overcrowded. Rooms were newly renovated and very beautifully furnished. Rooms were cleaned every day to fullest satisfaction. This hotel was also family friendly. There were water slides, kids club, kids disco every day and sport games. The positive thing was the staff of the hotel. The hotel Sapphire suites belongs as described to the group the hotels golden 5 (are on the other side of the street - a large and strong to drive on main street and is a only hotel the 5 very off the beaten track). The hotel itself is exclusively a night hotel. Not more. No own pool, no animation, no buffet restaurant, no breakfast room. It was a really great vacation we've never had such pleasant staff as there the way to the beach is a 10 minutes on foot but that wasn't so bad after all on vacation and not on the run furthermore you can at every beach bar stop make it was perfect great we will visit this hotel again … read more

Everything was great, it was clean, the staff very hard, massive hotel with slides paradise and great beach and small nearby reef, great gastronomic and some (all inclusive) bars have until 3:00 o'clock at night open, the hotel has several discos and every evening entertainment, a shopping center was right nearby, to the center and 4 ustadt it is by bus or taxi not far, overall a very succesful vacation, we would gladly come again. … read more

Yes good. However really good is something else. Even beverages during the get food is standard.Food is positive review. We have taken, because it was partly not to our taste. Mealtime in the evening was until 10:00 p. m., but the freshly prepared dishes were partly hours earlier from.Great. The best of the entire hotel. Except the mountings in the bathroom. Boah, the hotel not anymore.
Also in this hotel are the russian people at home. The staff can almost no german. Broken english but perfect russian. :-(
The pools were not heated. The child care only in russian.
The choice of the good food but the taste leaves a lot to be desired. The way to the beach or a reasonable shallow pool is enormous.

In general the hotel was included facilities in value for money and ambience very good.
For these standards (one is at least in Afrika) there was not really something to complain about, unless you live on the university, Parkhotel, Hilton or Steigenberger.
As you but also book.
German speaking guest relation 'Claudia' and cook 'Elke' worry exemplary ('thanks').
