It is an excellent hotel with very good furnishing. However is the entertainment only in Russian reduced. You have an extremely bad child care, because they only Russian sparchig is. Our child was not at all respected and excluded, because he is Turkish. The Russian children were preferentially. With a Malwettbewerb only Russian children won, whose pictures worse. And the entertainment program for both children and adults was only Russian and of course we have boring. The Russian entertainers, the for children responsible were could only their own language. Of the hotel you can't other say, than beautiful. One has of the pool from a sea view. The hotel has especially good pleased. You could, if you just wanted, in the sea swimming and right back to the pool or vice versa. Everything was clean, staff vacated immediately the used cups, plates, etc. From. A truly great complex with small faults.
This holiday resort is almost exclusively for Russian guests provided. Animation at the pool, in the mini Club and the evening shows were only in Russian or Turkish language.
We were every evening from the small older waiter at the pool bar on tip addressed.
Luckily that was only a exception the existing staff.
Apart from that was always swept and cleaned. … read more

This hotel is actually very nice, for a five-star hotel we would have more service expected. The loud music partly also at the beach was to be heard, you could not relax let alone talk. Another problem I have never seen any the staff neither German but perfect speak Russian and the was very annoying that there were always only in Russian and that you did not have a contact to other guests found.
