Outstanding was the friendliness and competence of the staff. The waiters, the exceptionally sufficient german understood and spoke, always had a friendly word, no matter how stressed out they were. Personal service and special requests were standard. Also the staff the front desk, housekeeping and the guest relations were very experienced. The rooms were daily on time thoroughly cleaned (they tried, the time wishes of the guests into account), daily fresh towels, every 3. day new bed sheets. What bothered us the most was, that despite a week great weather, the outdoor terrace of the restaurant not seats stood was. On request it was called, in four days you will find a day of bad weather, it is not worth it. We knew from the Barut Lara used to be different! Pool bar and snack bar also closed despite great sun. The staff is always friendly and attempted to the guests. The cleaning of the rooms is not as in many other hotels disturbing, it is usually already in the morning between breakfast and lunch cleaned.
