  Hostal Barrera is a small hotel located in the Art District of Madrid. Hostal Barrera and her staff would like to welcome you to your home away from home. Building on a 50 year family legacy of serving visitors to the Spanish capital, our goal is to make you feel at home with a warm, personal welcome.

  An unbeatable location, a few minutes to the main museums in town such as Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Contemporary Art Museum, Caixa Forum, Thysse-Bornemisza Museum. And , just a 10 minutes you can enjoy a wonderfull walk in the Retiro Park, the biggest in the city center, where you can relax !!! Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran Via, Palacio Real, all the major sights are easy to reach from our hostal.
