The staff at the reception and in the Gebäudeservice (cleaning, gardeners, lord) is very accomodating; the service staff in the restaurant was hard, from the limited offer to do the best. The kitchen could do with a high staff turnover. It can be better. The pool bar was closed - probably already throughout the summer months. The Separe cliff-side, the private diner thought is was also closed and obviously been not used anymore. The little card offers snacks, Italian and Portuguese. We have only one meal there. The location of the hotel is absolutely fabulous. The view from the pool to the Atlantic makes up for the noise (installation of solar panels on the roofs and apartment building an apartment complex next door. You have to climb stairs and good. The way to the beach is difficult for older people in the summer. With complaints-air conditioning-during our vacation no remedy was created. Unfortunately also the breakfast buffet, consisting of a concern of cheese, a sort sausage, different jams and Müsil with egg, a bit poor.
