- " ... were, you were a bit lost on the complex. The rooms are not air conditioned, because the lodge in the' mountains' lies. The Mosquitonetze to the windows had holes in them. So tape take ;-) the dinner was very good , breakfast was OK, eggs costs extra. "

Penultimate stop on our 'Tischlerrundreise'. The location and the complex 'as such' are very nice. Everything is however ageing and could a renovation stand. As at the beginning of the rainy season a few guests there were, you were a bit lost on the complex. The rooms are not air conditioned, because the lodge in the' mountains' lies. The Mosquitonetze to the windows had holes in them. So tape take ;-) the dinner was very good, breakfast was OK, eggs costs extra. … read more

Location
The resort is located 1 hour's drive from Chiang Mai, in the serene heart of the Mae Rim district of the Suthep-Pui mountain ranges. With an elevation of 2,700 ft above sea level, the weather at this hotel is mild and cool all year round. Guests will find a P.T.T. petrol station only a 15-minute drive away and attractions in the vicinity include the Tad Mok Waterfall (a 10-minute drive) and the Mae Sa Snake Farm (15 minutes' drive).
Facilities
Renovated in 2007, this club resort hotel offers guests a unique opportunity to experience authentic tribal culture and customs in a magical natural setting, and it is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation that shelters several friendly villages. The resort offers 40 rooms and is made up of 10 individual houses, each comprising 4 separate rooms arranged around a central communal area with a large fireplace. Facilities on offer to guests include a 24-hour reception and 24-hour check-in/check out service, a restaurant, bicycle hire and parking.

Guests may choose from a selection of standard, superior and deluxe rooms. All rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower, tea and coffee making facilities and a balcony or terrace.

The hotel features a swimming pool (free of charge), and guests may also take advantage of the spa and massage treatments (for an additional fee, payable on-site per treatment). There is also a hot tub (charges apply).
