The following is very much my personal point of view: modern house with six homes, three on the ground floor with terrace and garden section, three on the first floor with balcony, two rooms share a balcony with a dividing wall. The upper floor is the penthouse apartment of one owner, so you mentioned you are looking for in vain atrium. also mentioned quiet location of the hotel you can be of different opinion.
