The staff at the front desk with the exception of a coworker very unfriendly. The staff in the dining room came with difficulties not more to it, even here, like everywhere else in Iceland, in the summer months only with pupils and students were working on it. Great hotel, ideal for city breaks to Iceland / Reykjavik. Very central, good service. Does not have its own car park, 24 hour parking is but only about 2 minutes walk.
