very friendly staff, very hard-working, English conversation at any time possible. German Language Skills not available. Eventual Russian, but the want the most since't really speak. This reminds probably too much to the old days.the breakfast was OK. Other meal times we didn't in the hotel to us taken. In the evening is the fireplace room with the bar recommendable... Very pleasant atmosphere... Especially we have the quiet art of the staff estimated and Russians, the the hotel Storms.very nice furnished with a lot of love to detail. Very friendly English-speaking staff. At the beginning, we had problems with the safe, the girl returned within 2 minutes. Also in the selection of a restaurants was visibly the front desk they could to help us. The hotel also offers a few dishes. We participate in the evening the breakfast room serves as a restaurant. However, we preferred having dinner. The breakfast room is in the cellar - very nicely done.
