The hotel is mostly by vacations from France visited. The staff in the restaurant, as well as at the front desk spoke almost only French, hardly any German and very bad English. This was the worst and disappointing vacation, we have ever experienced. If one is french, then it is safe a lovely vacation. But when German you will not understand at all. The rooms smell disgusting, are dirty and the daily changing only means, that you new dirty towels get. Bedlinen change only with a request carried out, the safe you could steal can, because it was not installed.
The swimming pool was well laid out and the loungers reasonable, but the 3 bars in the outdoor area the pure horror.

Great language skills, nearly all employees; french, arabic, German, English...
They were all friendly, only in the hotel I expect a certain courtesy. At the front desk were the employees because many questions often overstrained. In the restaurant already times the table empty vacated, if you are a consulting will pick you up. Some waiter should respect practice and women are not madcap view.
Great entertainers, leisure offers and animations for children, parents and the young at heart. The best (N) animations/entertainers, I have seen, great shows. Without this animation team could the hotel right up!
