Day& night is the front desk manned. Always helpful with purchase & unterhaltungstipps. Laundry and ironing service - breakfast service very attentive and in a good mood;-) in case no time for breakfast is, then the frühstücksserviererin a lunch box finished. At the cleaning of the rooms there is nothing to moan about.A breakfast for 5 €, that see and tasted can!Again and again surprisingly-my favorite is the bergzimmer.
Express wi-fi, some room with air-conditioning.The Arosa is in the last few years fully renovated.
Small, but fine :-)

Very good. The check in was nice and quick and i was well informed on restaurants in Oberkassel. Even though the parking was full, the staff was very helpful on finding alternatives in the street, which was great. Also the young lady serving breakfast was very friendly. Breakfast was nice and completeEverything was available in the room, including free wifi and English channels on tv.I stayed at the Arosa last week for 3 nights during à business trip. I inhabited as a business traveler the room 32.
The hotel is rather a small hotel in a side street conveniently located.
The check in done without problems.
With the elevator it went on room 32, which right next to the floor door lag.
A very close, small and dated elevator.
The room with a view of the backyard (didn't look very nice) is extremely small.
Also the bathroom is in an appropriate size.
The bad is the location from this room.
It puzzles me as what can be offered.

Arosa can absolutely recommend. My room (single room) was clean, functional and comfortable at the same time equipped: single bed (0.90 times 2 meters) with pillow-top mattress (not too soft or worn), tv, telephone, closet, bag rack, desk, telephone, bathroom with shower/toilet, hair dryer.
wide Buffet breakfast (fresh rolls and bread, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, different types of granola, yogurt, curd cheese, cold meats and cheese, fresh fruit, coffee or tea).
The staff at the front desk and at the Breakfast was very friendly and accommodating.
Very good possibilities directly in the park at the Hotel.
