The complex is beautifully designed, but a bit far from the action. The level of cleanliness of the restaurant was okay. The cleanliness at the buffet leaves a lot to be desired. The hotel is totally worn and almost everything is broken. The complex is built in 1973 and the feel is nothing more to it made since the were. Us has very good the fallen the hotel area was very extensive and it is has its peace. The staff was friendly and tried everything so that we could have a nice holiday. The people spoke foreign languages everywhere, also in the Russalka. In high season, there must have been great child care, and we thought of it as a very child-friendly hotel area, although there wasn't much was going on in post season.
