Renovation and misunderstandings

When we stayed here, the hotel just started a renovation process. The main entrance was closed, so we had to enter via a side door. The reception was rather dark and depressing, but this maybe has to do with the renovations. At check-in, a trainee checked me in. He certainly still has to learn a lot, because he did al the formalities, gave me the key and that was it. No further explanation of where the restaurant was, how the wifi worked or where the club lounge was (since I booked a club floor room). I managed to find my … read more

Location, condition, etc. Was already reported. The fits and is appropriate for the price. There was no 'wow' effect on but the hotel i felt nevertheless very good and definitely recommendable, if you in the center want to spend. At the check-in i was by the deputy manager of guest services, mr. kristof, welcomes. It is german and understands the concerns of the discerning european customers in the best way.
