Seating worn out and torn. Handle Balköntür broken and loose (danger of injury!), balcony in a bad condition, carpet nasty, tv hanging in the room (loose attachment). The whole room looked old and grimy/filthy, no wardrobe, live out of a suitcase! Paken Parhaus euro in their own (3 nights) 80.00! I am of the opinion, that you are a private picture, before you prejudices. So we went with the hotel and the place.
If you want to get the feeling, that you not welcome, then this is the place for you. I would now not all. The cleaning staff, as the staff from breakfast buffet, were very friendly and helpful, maybe you should the staff at the front desk were still classes.
The foreign language skills has already been described, but for a four star superior hotel I expected at least English skills.

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast service I missed the coffee pots on the table, so you needed the server to refill the relatively small cup of call. For Kaffeesüchtige rather annoying. The breakfast is extensive, delicious and were also regularly refilled, when something was missing. The small bar, with two barmen was very well stocked, cocktails, long drinks, but also beers and wines. I did not use the restaurant.
