At the check-in we were friendly greeted, i only had to the guest card complete and got the room cards. They told us the way to the room and from us information for breakfast, however, there was no porter service or similar. The check-out the next day ran fast and smoothly. We got to the luggage then free in a locked room store, while we the day in the town spent. However, the luggage not individually with abholkärtchen or similar mistake, but one goes simply to the front desk and wishes to open the luggage room, where then each quantity of … read more

The hotel is very centrally located in the same building as the bus station. We had booked a superior plus room with a sauna. We were checking in before noon and only a smoking room #807 was available. This is probably the worst superior plus room being in the other end of the building and without a balcony. The views are much better from the other end. Despite the cigarette smell the room was quite okey with a nice bathroom and a sauna.
