In the large and whole was our stay ok. From Mercure but i'm used to better. The room is nicely furnished and clean. At the check-in you had to the receptionist all information from pulling teeth. The lobby is simply and simply held. The hotel façade makes a right down come impression. In the hotel is possible 2 lifts available one was the entire stay decommissioned. Thus was long waiting periods pre-programmed. The staircase is poor signage. It was also not possible after 14 o'clock a good coffee in the hotel to get. Already at the check-in we determined the competence the lady at the front desk strong on the sample, but after about 30 minutes of waiting, while it was not my view from the mustache the lady to turn away, what I already with the welcome very shocked, we got than finally the find room key.
Cleanliness in the room was good, as well as the furnishings.
The breakfast buffet was very diverse and tasty. Cleanliness in the restaurant was great, especially, because during the meals already cleared away. Both tables, as well as buffet! :-O … read more

I thoughout business anyway.
Particularly the food, friendly service the complete staff and the peace and quiet in the room i very much enjoyed.
Also free internet access for me was very convenient.
The hotel is not too big and therefore seemed quite cozy.
