Very helpful and accomodating. Mrs. Studer was able to assist with allqueries regarding sight seeing, laundry services and places of interest. Our flight got in late so we were to check in later and they waited up for us even at 12. 30. Had breakfast included in room cost and was substantial. Didn't have any other meals there so cannot comment on same.The size was very good, furniture new, tv was a bit small, would have preferred a larger tv, not much choice of programmes.
